Our Jitterbugs Creche is available to all customers of the South West Sports Centre. We provide a caring environment for your children to enjoy themselves while you are at the Centre. Parents must remain within the Centre while children are in Creche.
Please be advised that our Jitterbugs Creche is not a licensed childcare service under the Children and Community Services Act 2004.
- Monday to Friday 8am – 12pm for children aged 8 weeks to 5 years.
- Saturday’s 8am – 12pm for children aged 8 weeks – 10 years.
Please complete a Creche Enrolment Form, available at the form below.
- All children must be enrolled before attending.
- These forms help us to give the best possible care to your child and all information is kept strictly confidential.
Bookings are essential for all ages.
- We request that bookings are made by 12pm the previous day or up to a week in advance.
- We can take multiple bookings at one time.
- Please note creche does not operate on public holidays or on Sundays.

Cancellations are essential for all ages.
- All cancellations must be made by 8:30am on the day.
- Cancellations made after 8:30am must pay the minimum regular visit fee.
- No shows will also be charged the minimum regular visit fee.
If Jitterbugs Creche is unattended, please call our direct line on 9795 2246 and leave a message.
School Holiday Creche is available Monday to Friday for children aged 8 weeks to 10 years. With plenty of age-appropriate activities for all users, we’ll keep the kids active and entertained while you work out, enjoy a swim, relax in the spa, or have some “me time” at the café.

- Bookings are for a maximum of 3 hours
- Parents/guardians must remain at the South West Sports Centre for the duration of their child’s creche visit
- Cancellations must be made by 8.30am on the day or a cancellation fee will apply.
- Children must be enrolled prior to attending Creche.

- $7.95 (0-90mins) x 1 child – Non-member’s
