Eligibility
To qualify for the 20% corporate discount, your organisation needs at least five employees to sign up. If you have staff who are already members of SWSC, you can include them in your minimum of five employees.
Proof of employment at an approved organisation required at time of sign up and may be requested at any stage. Proof can be emailed to everyone.membership@bunbury.wa.gov.au.

Terms and Conditions
The Approved Organisation must:
- Provide the number of employees/members within the organisation if requested.
- Have a minimum of five sign up for a Corporate Membership.
- Agree to promote the South West Sports Centre through their internal communication channels including but not limited to:
a) Posters and flyers displayed in staff rooms and staff areas.
b) Staff Intranet/newsletter, or
c) Digital platforms where available.
The City of Bunbury/South West Sports Centre
- Any breach of terms and conditions could result in the organisation being removed from the approved Corporate Membership list.
a) The organisation and any employees with current memberships will be informed if this occurs
b) It is the Organisation’s responsibility to inform other employees that any discount is no longer applicable. - South West Sports Centre reserves the right to change the benefits of the Corporate Membership program at any time.
a) Organisations and current members will be notified if changes occur.
b) It is the organisations responsibility to inform their employees that the program has changed.
Approved Corporate/Club Members
- Current members who are employees of the organisation may have a Corporate Membership discount applied once approved.
- Discounts apply on any standard membership including Managed Conditions and Teenfit.
- At the time of sign-up, employees must present evidence of their employment at an approved organisation or belonging to an approved club/association.
a) This may include a payslip (dated within the last four weeks), a staff ID card, or a letter of employment.
b) A list of eligible members/employees from the organisation
c) The South West Sports Centre staff will run annual checks to ensure individuals are still eligible for the Corporate Membership discount. - All other Standard membership terms and conditions apply.
