Koolambidi Woola Youth Services Building is available for hire for youth engagement/community groups, not-for-profits and corporate/commercial entities.
The primary purpose of the building is to provide engagement opportunities for and with young people.
The City reserves the right to decline any application for any reason, particularly if it does not align with the purpose of this venue.

Booking process
Step 1: Please call 08 9792 7000 or email community@bunbury.wa.gov.au to confirm availability before completing the booking form below.
Step 2: Complete the booking form below ensuring all sections are completed. Incomplete applications will be rejected.
Step 3: Once your booking application has been assessed, staff will respond in writing within three business days to either confirm or advise of additional requirements and any fees (if applicable).
Step 4: Once your booking has been confirmed and payment (if applicable) received, you will receive a confirmation letter.
Cancellations or Changes: Please advise staff no later than three business days prior to your booking date.

- Fully-fitted functioning kitchen – fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, toastie makers, oven/stove and sink. (BYO cutlery, utensils, crockery, cleaning equipment etc)
