It is hereby notified for public information, in accordance with section 87 of the Planning and Development Act 2005 that the Minister for Planning has approved the Local Planning Scheme Amendment 17 on the 30 October 2026 for the purpose of modifying the following:
Amending the Scheme Map by:
- Rezoning Lot(s) 15-17,42 and 100 Albert Road, Bunbury from “Residential R20/30” to Mixed Use-Residential” with a R-Code density notation of “R60”
The full text of this Scheme Amendment was published in the Government Gazette on 30 October 2026 in accordance with section 87 of the Planning and Development Act 2005.
