Pursuant to Section 3.58 of the Local Government Act 1995, the City of Bunbury hereby gives notice of its intention to dispose of Lot 21 on Deposit Plan 14556 Beach Road, South Bunbury, valuation amount $850,000, zoned R15 to Country Landscaping Pty Ltd for the amount of $840,000.
Members of the public are invited to make submissions in relation to the proposal. Submissions should be in writing addressed to the Chief Executive Officer, PO Box 21, Bunbury WA 6231, delivered to the Administration Centre, 4 Stephen Street, Bunbury, or emailed to info@bunbury.wa.gov.au, no later than 4.00 pm on Tuesday, 21 July 2026.
