Notice of Public Advertisement of Planning Proposal – Proposed Amendment to Original Development Approval – Multiple Dwelling & Mixed Use – Lot 45 (#12) Holman Street

The City of Bunbury has received an amendment to a previously approved application for development approval for a mixed use development comprising of a commercial tenancy at ground level, car parking and multiple dwellings above.

The proposed amendment seeks the following changes:

  • Increase in building height from 23.47m to 31.45m;
  • Increase in building height from 7 storeys to 9 storeys; and
  • Increase in number of dwellings from 30 to 39 multiple dwellings.

The proposed amendment also seeks the following variations to the Koombana North Structure Plan:

  • A building height of 31.45m in lieu of the maximum 27m; and
  • 9 storeys in lieu of the maximum 6 storeys.

Details of the proposal are available to the public via the below attachments and hard copies will also be available for viewing at the City of Bunbury offices located at 4 Stephen Street, Bunbury during office hours (8.30am to 5pm weekdays).

Public Comments / Submissions may be made on the proposal in the period ending on the Thursday 2nd April 2026.
