The City of Bunbury has received an amendment to a previously approved application for development approval for a mixed use development comprising of a commercial tenancy at ground level, car parking and multiple dwellings above.
The proposed amendment seeks the following changes:
- Increase in building height from 23.47m to 31.45m;
- Increase in building height from 7 storeys to 9 storeys; and
- Increase in number of dwellings from 30 to 39 multiple dwellings.
The proposed amendment also seeks the following variations to the Koombana North Structure Plan:
- A building height of 31.45m in lieu of the maximum 27m; and
- 9 storeys in lieu of the maximum 6 storeys.

Public Comments / Submissions may be made on the proposal in the period ending on the Thursday 2nd April 2026.
