Administration Building foyer access update from 17 August  

From Monday 17 August 2026, the City of Bunbury Administration Building foyer at 4 Stephen Street, Bunbury, will be open to the public until 4.30pm Monday to Friday, changing from the previous closing time of 5pm.

The Administration Building will continue to operate until 5pm, with our team available by phone during this time to assist with enquiries.

This small adjustment to foyer access hours will help better align our in-person services with customer demand while ensuring customers can continue to access support and information from the City.

Customers already being assisted at 4.30pm will continue to receive service. Existing arrangements for after-hours meetings, workshops and committee meetings at the Administration Building remain unchanged.

The City understands changes to customer service arrangements can take some adjustment and appreciates the community's understanding.

Customers requiring in-person assistance are encouraged to visit the Administration Building before 4.30pm. Assistance by phone will continue to be available until 5.00pm on 9792 7000.
