FOGO bin (lime green lid)
- meat and bones

Recycling bin (yellow lid)
- glass bottles (lids removed)
- clean paper and cardboard (flattened)
- cardboard drink cartons
- plastic bottles and containers 1-6 (lids removed)
- steel and aluminium cans
- Clean foil and pie trays
Please rinse all containers and place everything loose in the bin.
Plastic bottle lids from beverage containers can be recycled at participating Containers for Change locations and the Dolphin Discovery Centre.

Household Hazardous Waste
The Household Hazardous Waste (HHW) program provides funding for the collection and appropriate disposal of HHW collected at the Stanley Road Waste Management Facility.
- Accepted materials through the HHW program
- Acids and alkalis
- Aerosols
- Batteries (household)
- Engine coolants and glycols
- Fire extinguishers – non halon (red) only
- Flammables
- Flares
- Fluorescent lamps and tubes
- Gas cylinders (small household)
- Household chemicals (e.g. cleaners)
- Paint
- Pesticides/herbicides
- Poisons/toxics
- Pool chemicals
- Smoke detectors
- Unknown chemicals (must be in sealed, chemical resistant containers)
The program can only accept domestic quantities of materials (no larger than 20kg/20L per material type).
