Group Fitness Pop-Up sessions are hitting the South West Sports Centre on Monday, 2 March, and everyone is invited.

A 45-minute, high-intensity functional training circuit that will fire up your whole body. Expect strength, power and conditioning in a motivating group setting — push hard or pace yourself, it’s your workout!
9:30am - 10:30am
BodyBalance
Instructor: Kristie
Balance out the intensity with strength, stretch and flow to leave you feeling refreshed and reset.
Train with friends and soak up the atmosphere.
