The promotion runs for two months, with trial start dates available between 3 March and 3 May 2026 (inclusive).

Your 7-day trial gives you access to:
- Gym access
- Unlimited Group Fitness classes
- A complimentary 30-minute Gym Intro session with a trainer (optional)
- Technogym App access
- Entry into our Group Fitness Bingo competition (with the chance to win a 3-month membership)
- Support from our Fitness and Membership teams
Please note: Aquatic facilities (pools, spa, sauna and steam room) are not included.
Who Can Access the Trial?
- New members or those who haven’t held a membership in the past 6 months
- Ages 16+ (16–18 years require parental consent)
All standard Conditions of Entry apply. No extensions or suspensions are available on the trial period.
