We're making waves at the South West Sports Centre with the arrival of our brand-new BOGA Boards!
If you've never heard of BOGA before, think fitness, balance, core strength and a whole lot of fun... all on the water. Designed specifically for aquatic fitness, BOGA Boards challenge your balance and engage your entire body, turning every workout into an exciting new experience.
Whether you're flowing through yoga poses, building strength, improving stability or simply trying not to end up in the pool, BOGA offers a unique workout that is as rewarding as it is fun.
And the best part? We're currently working behind the scenes to launch our first-ever BOGA classes, coming soon to SWSC!
A huge shoutout to our friends at Bay of Isles Leisure Centre in Esperance for sharing the BOGA love and generously gifting these boards to our Centre.
We can't wait to see Bunbury jump on board and experience them for themselves.
